We explore what worked and what didn't. You'll learn key personal energy management skills to unpack sugar cravings and transform the energy into information.
Session Three: Creating New Neuropathways
You receive an in-depth healing to your timeline and history with sugar. The emotional attachments and associations are cleared and transformed into a present time source of creativity.
We take a look at how you and your body are being impacted by stress and trauma, past and present. It's likely you have tried to manage your sugar cravings but with limited success.
